Nerve health supplement labels vary enormously in how much they actually tell you. Here's how to read one properly.
A proprietary blend lists a combined weight for several ingredients without breaking out individual amounts. Country of manufacture and any facility certifications are specific, checkable claims — distinct from any claim about effectiveness.
Words like "supports" and "may help" are different from outright medical claims. Measured language is generally a good transparency signal.
A clear refund window, stated plainly, signals a company willing to stand behind fit — not just the sale.
